When you shop at The Wine Sellar you'll probably notice something.  You'll notice that the owner's truly appreciate your business.  How? Simple; you'll be greeted by one of the owners, Lynne or Larry Reynolds, as soon as you enter the store.  A simple "Hi!" or "Good morning!" usually, but don't get nervous though, we promise not to pounce on you like some commissioned sales clerk.  We just want to acknowledge you.  

Next,  you'll notice that the inside of The Wine Sellar... 

doesn't really look like a traditional Liquor Store (we actually prefer to be known as a Wine Shop).  The store has been carefully decorated with collectable art, tapestries, and custom wood fixtures.  We knew that we would be spending much of our time inside the store, so we wanted to give it a "homey" touch.  In fact, Lynne is quick to point out that the business is actually an extension of our home. 

You will also discover that we have designed the layout of the store with your convenience in mind.  Our most popular items are in the front of the store, so you won't have to walk to the far corners of the building to find your favorite wine or spirit (don't you wish the supermarkets would do that with the bread, milk, and eggs?).  

Next, you will quickly discover something else; we actually know something about the products we sell.  Sounds bizarre but some store owners find that they can save a few bucks in payroll by neglecting to train their staff.  Good for them; bad for you, especially if you're not exactly sure what you are looking for.  We sample over 90 % of the wines BEFORE we purchase them for the store, and that means we can confidently select a wine to suit your individual taste.  

Lastly, we employ the latest technology...

available to the industry.  Our customers can benefit from this by having their purchases stored in one of our databases.  This way if you forget the name of a wine that you have previously enjoyed, we'll be able to pull that information up for you.  This feature also works great when your friends or family are trying to buy you a gift, because we will know which types of wine you enjoy.  This is a FREE service to you; and although most of our customers utilize this feature, some choose not to be connected to yet "another database" and that's fine too.  We can certainly respect your individual wish.   However, all data on our list is strictly confidential, and will never be sold (or given) to another company.
